Biemann Properties (Pty) Ltd processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
What we collect: account details you provide (name, email, phone), listings and enquiries you submit, and technical data needed to run the service. What we use it for: operating your account, publishing your listings, delivering enquiries to listing owners, and — only with your double opt-in — sending market insights you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We do not sell personal information. Street addresses on listings are never shown publicly. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
